Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, Founder and Chairman of Quicken Loans and Rock Ventures Dan Gilbert, and the project team celebrated the start of construction of City Modern on November 29, 2016. Located in a long vacant area of the Brush Park neighborhood, the mixed-income, mixed-use redevelopment will include over 400 new residential units. Merge is proud to be part of the team as the designer of three projects: Carriage Homes, Duplettes II, and Duplettes III.
