Elizabeth Whittaker, as an IAG Advisor, attended the U.S. State Department’s Industry Advisory Group (IAG) annual meeting in Washington, D.C. The gathering of building industry experts focused on analyzing the social impact of the U.S. government’s overseas projects. The IAG serves the U.S. government’s bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO), advising on industry and academia’s latest concepts, methods, best practices, innovations and ideas related to OBO’s mission. Beth is one of the IAG’s 35 noted professionals from the U.S. in architecture, real estate, urban design, landscape architecture, historic preservation, interior design, graphic design, construction, engineering, and facilities management.
