Merge’s entry to Co-Creating Boston’s Future Decker Request for Ideas (RFI) entitled The Denser Decker: A Community-Minded More-phology is presently on display within the Imaginations of Home exhibition at the BSA Space. The exhibition explores new models of urban housing in various media with a focus upon affordability. Merge’s Denser Decker is a proposal that spans financing, construction techniques, and community engagement to develop mixed use housing projects on a series of vacant city-owned lots across Boston’s neighborhoods. You read the Merge proposal here and peruse all RFI responses here.
