Merge is excited to announce that Cable Mills – Modern Mill has won a BSA / AIA Design Award in the Housing category. The project is a six-unit loft building that blends formal strategies from surrounding historic mill buildings and material allusions to an adjacent wooded riparian area in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
